After graduating with a BA in communications /Marketing/PR, Tracy began her career as a copywriter, eventually working her way up to Production Director for a recording company in N. Miami Beach. Ric's higher ed started with Chaminade U in Honolulu, studying prelaw & international business. Eventually he was one of a 4-person tech start up that grew from 4 employees & sold to Pitney Bowes with an impressive roster of 150 employees across 7 states. A love of - and success in - personal real estate over the years led to a new venture which offered the ideal life/work balance to raise 4 children in the Texas Hill Country. After moving to expand the tech start up in Austin, TX, they were perfectly positioned to sell real estate once the company sold. Ric & Tracy's love of Texas beaches resulted in years of researching the area....and has led them to open an additional location on the Texas Gulf Coast - serving Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Rockport, and surrounding areas as members of both the Austin and Corpus Christi Board of Realtors
